Rentals
Tiki Town comprises nine adult sims with private and public parcels of many sizes. It’s a huge tropical resort at ground, and a multi-sim urban city in the sky that is great for RP.
Tiki Town offers a wide variety of rental properties, from very inexpensive homes and apartments in our Town of La Cuna urban role play area, to cozy tropical huts and private islands on our resort sims, all very reasonably priced.

Full use of the many public/shared areas at Tiki Town and La Cuna: The Planetarium, Art Gallery, bike trail through a lush forest, Winterland with
skating rink, bumper car arena, & more!
* Boating throughout all nine sims. We provide boat rezzers throughout the sims, including jet skis, kayaks, sailboats, and small speedboats.
* 7seas fishing on all sims.
* DJ’s and parties!
* Weekly movies!
* Monthly treasure hunts!
* Private themed rooms.
Amenities for Private Parcals
* People cannot see in or out (unless they request that the parcel be made public).
* All sites are on the water.
* We provide:
>> a security orb to remove intruders and/or add visitors.
>> a prim counter that counts all prims rezzed by all people at your parcel.
>> a dance server with single and couples dances.
>> a radio with subscription to ensure all stations are current so you can set music at your parcel.
>> a Tiki Hut at the ground level (optional).
>> a platform for each parcel where you may set a home or build in the sky.
Rates
* Unless you contact us to make other arrangements, private parcels over 1 week past due will be cleared and made available for others. Rentals at La Cuna and other public places over 72 hours past due will be cleared.
* If you want to rent more prims just ask!

Boat slips are rented as non-private spaces along the Northeast corner of our main sim, and permit up to 100 prims for L$99/week. These do not include features such as security, dance system or sky platform, but offer a ‘parking spot’ for moderately sized boats. Slips are approximately 8m X 20m in size.
